All sales are final. If an item is delivered to you damaged or defected, we are happy to exchange that item for the same item. You must notify BRIAN & NICK of an exchange within 5 days of delivery. For exchanges due to an incorrect order, you must contact BRIAN & NICK within 3 days of delivery at email@example.com (please provide your order number, name and description of the reason for exchange). BRIAN & NICK reserves the right to refuse any exchange that we believe has been intentionally damaged or tampered with. BRIAN & NICK are not responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any personalized item (including rings, initials, naming, custom options, etc) is final sale and will not be refunded or exchanged once the order is placed.
