Product Lead Time
In stock items will ship within 3-5 business days after purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery once shipped. Custom orders will ship within 4-6 weeks unless otherwise specified. You will be notified via the email you provided with tracking information when your order is shipped.
If you need a rush order, please contact email@example.com with your order number and we will prioritize your order. Please note additional shipping fees may apply.
In person Appointment/Consultation
BRIAN & NICK are happy to schedule an appointment for an in person consultation. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a brief description of your fine jewelry purchase goals. Please schedule your appointment as soon as possible as our CEO and Head Gemologist books up quickly.
All sales are final. If an item is delivered to you damaged or defected, we are happy to exchange that item for the same item. You must notify BRIAN & NICK of an exchange within 5 days of delivery. For exchanges due to an incorrect order, you must contact BRIAN & NICK within 3 days of delivery at email@example.com (please provide your order number, name and description of the reason for exchange). BRIAN & NICK reserves the right to refuse any exchange that we believe has been intentionally damaged or tampered with. BRIAN & NICK are not responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any personalized item (including rings, initials, naming, custom options, etc) is final sale and will not be refunded or exchanged once the order is placed. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org about any custom order BEFORE placing your order and we will be happy to assist you to ensure the order is placed properly.

BRIAN & NICK jewelry comes in gift-ready packaging but is not gift wrapped. If you would like your jewelry piece(s) gift wrapped, we will happily provide that service for an additional $10.
Fine jewelry is delicate and should be cared for accordingly. To maintain the quality and extend the life of your jewelry, we recommend the following care instructions:
- Take off your jewelry before daily rituals such as showering, lotion, exercising, etc.
- Before going to sleep lay your jewelry flat out to avoid tangling and damaging
- Any silver pieces should not be worn in the shower or when swimming as the silver may tarnish
- To clean you diamond jewelry, use warm water, a soft toothbrush and dish soap and gently scrub. Do not clean your pearl jewelry with any chemicals or solvents
